BOULDER – As we move into the summer months, we have seen more properties hit the active market compared to the spring. Through the month of May, there were 180 active attached dwelling listings in Boulder County and 802 active single family listings. All data is obtained from IRES MLS.

Yet even with more homes available to purchase, prices are still favorable to sellers. Sound familiar? As of June 10, the average sales price of a single family home in Boulder County is $634,878. That’s nearly a 10% increase year to date over 2015.

The average sales price of an attached dwelling property in Boulder County through May of 2016 sits at $384,554, which is a hefty increase of 15% year to date. Moreover, that’s a 102.4% sale price to list price ratio, meaning that sellers of attached dwelling are selling their properties for more than the price the properties are listed at.
