Dave met his wife Sheryl, working and living in Yellowstone National Park where he served as Director of Merchandising for the Hotel Gift Operations. They settled in Longmont to raise their two girls, and now grandchildren, as it is centrally located to Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver International Airport and Downtown Denver.
Wagner has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers for more than 17 years serving clients from north Denver to Fort Collins including Longmont and the foothills. Having experienced both boom and bust markets, Dave is a skilled transition and transaction coach for upsizing, downsizing, investing or buying new with a builder. He especially enjoys giving early counsel to sellers to get their home ready to sell by advising smart affordable improvements that will make them money and sell their home quickly. Wagner said. “When more than 75 percent of agents leave the industry within five years, I find that my clients seem to appreciate my ethics and longevity, and the benefits that knowledge and experience can have. Whether buying, selling or both, there are many reasons a free consultation six to 12 months before you want to move is beneficial.”
Wagner believes in and promotes the ethics of the National Association of Realtors® and has helped fight for issues protecting and preserving property rights. He has been serving over 10 years on the Government Affairs Committee and is a Past President of the Longmont Association of Realtors. He has a degree in Business Administration: Finance from Regis University and has earned designations of a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and e-PRO. As a Realtor he has been nominated five times to the top six percent in customer satisfaction by the readers of 5280 Magazine.
Outside of work, Wagner’s support of the community has included the OUR Center, Humane Society, Muscular Dystrophy, and presently, sponsorship of the Longmont Symphony Orchestra, Longmont Chorale and Shield 616 providing protective gear and support for local Law enforcement.
Wagner was drawn to Equity Colorado because of their efficiency in operation, which will afford him to sponsor and support more local businesses and events like the Performing Arts.
