LOUISVILLE – Semi-custom single-family homes, easy living condo lofts and duplexes, and larger custom-home lots are available for homebuyers in the market for new construction in top-rated Louisville. Markel Homes, one of Boulder County’s premier homebuilders, is nearing the end of Phase II construction in popular North End, with Phase III planning and designing under way.
Single-family homes from the high $600s
The mix of ranch-style and two-story homes ready or under construction at North End – the last in Phase II – feature the prominent windows, open interiors, stylish finishes and outdoor living areas that define the look of a Markel home. Pricing ranges from the high $600s to the high $800s. Site premiums and upgrade options, including designer-selected interior and exterior finishes, are included in the price.
Affectionately named Project X, the ranch-style home at 1550 White Violet Way offers the ease and comfort of single-story living, with the added convenience of a finished lower level. Priced at $699,900, this 4-bed/3-bath home distinguishes itself with modern architecture, natural hardwoods, contemporary fixtures and a stunning kitchen. The home is completed, staged and ready for a buyer.
Priced at $749,900 and scheduled for completion the end of February, the 3 bed/2.5 bath ranch-style Highline at 1801 Sweet Clover Lane features vaulted ceilings in the living area, master suite and second bedroom, outdoor living front and back, and an attached two-car garage. The optional lower level finish adds a rec room, fourth bedroom and third full bath, giving the homeowner private guest, teen or nanny quarters, or additional space for a home office or exercise room.
The Magnolia, under construction at 1889 Sweet Clover Lane, is located on one of the last Phase II lots backing to Hecla Lake Open Space, with nearby trail access. The 3-bed plus study/2.75-bath Magnolia features an open floor plan, great natural light and an optional lower level finish that adds another 941 square feet of living and sleeping space. The home, priced at $779,900, is scheduled for completion the end of March.
Bold newwest architecture defines the two-story Ridgeway going up at 1809 Sweet Clover Lane. Priced at $859,900, the home features three bedrooms, 2.75 baths, a main floor study and a three-car tandem garage, plus a lower level finish option. The Ridgeway is on-target for completion in late spring.
The Columbine, one of Markel’s most popular plans at North End, is under way at 1817 Sweet Clover Lane. The two-story features a main floor master suite plus study, with two additional bedrooms, a second bath with a double-sink vanity, and a loft on the upper level. The optional lower level finish adds a rec room, bedroom and bath. At 2,632 finished square feet and another 876 unfinished square feet, the Columbine is priced at $779,900, with a late spring completion date.
The Dakota, the priciest of the six at $899,900 – and also the largest home in Phase II – features three bedrooms with a loft/optional fourth bedroom and 3.75 baths. One of the bedrooms is an en-suite with an attached bath and built-in window seat. Vaulted ceilings in the second bedroom and in the master suite provide an open, spacious feel. Step up from the three-car garage into the large owner’s entry with built-in bench, wall hooks and large coat closet. The huge kitchen island anchors the open main floor, with a coffered dining area ceiling, eat-in nook and living room fireplace. The Dakota will be completed later this spring.
Easy living condo lofts – only 3 left!
The first of three custom-designed 12-plexes at North End is nearly sold out, with only three units remaining. Thanks to a unique quad footprint, every loft in the 12-plex occupies a corner location, and large-paned windows allow beautiful natural light year-round. The 2-bed/2-bath lofts feature open living, dining, and cooking areas, maple cabinetry and solid surface countertops plus a breakfast bar in the kitchen, large windows in the master suite with double-sink bath and walk-in closet, outdoor living off the great room, and a single-car garage. The second bedroom and full bath work beautifully as guest quarters, home office or media room.
The 12-plex is Energy Star® certified for durability, comfort and savings, and is equipped with an elevator and a secured front entry for added protection and peace of mind. The three remaining units are priced from $389,900, with an expected completion date of late summer.
Markel will break ground on the second 12-plex in March. Contact Sales Manager Michele Steward regarding pre-sales and pricing for Building Two. She can be reached at 303.604.9196 or send an e-mail to [email protected].
