“I’ve lived in Longmont for a long time,” Martha Morgan said. “I guess my house was getting too big for me to handle.”
Morgan wasn’t actively shopping for a new home when she came across The Lakes at Centerra. She was out and about on Mother’s Day of last year, enjoying the day, when she came across the Boulder Creek community. She was immediately impressed. “I love the rural feel,” she said.

The advantage of these kinds of resources is that they foster a real sense of community. “I like people,” Morgan said. “I like meeting new people.” She’s been in her home for about two weeks.
