Final ranch and two-story homes available now.

SUPERIOR – Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, an award-winning homebuilder based in Louisville, recognized the desire for unique homes in an unparalleled location, and the spectacular Calmante community was born. Not too long ago, the award-winning homebuilder introduced limited edition, low-maintenance townhomes to Superior as part of the first phase of the Calmante neighborhood. With their “Colorado meets Tuscany” style, the homes at Calmante have been so popular that, at press time, only a few are unsold.

“These high-end townhomes are very popular with buyers coming out of Boulder, who are selling their large, single-family homes and are looking for a new, low-maintenance way of life,” says Jessica Champlin, Vice President of Marketing. “They are a great value for a beautiful home in a one-of-a-kind, Boulder County location.”

The community boasts hiking and biking trails, as well as over 10,000 acres of open space. Access to Highway 36 is close at hand, too, which makes it a near-perfect location.

Buyers have found that this combination is a unique opportunity in the market today. They are so popular only five Calmante townhomes remain – and all are available for quick move in by early fall. Being so close to completion, the homes are available to tour and see for yourself what sets them apart from just about every other option in the market.

These final homes showcase two popular floorplans – The Riverbend, and The Boulder Falls. The Riverbend is an entertainer’s dream – featuring an open floor plan, a main floor study, and a dream master closet. The Boulder Falls is especially unique, as it is a ranch-style layout – all daily amenities including the master bedroom and laundry room are located on the main floor. Both layouts also boast finished lower levels and outdoor
living spaces.

With the current state of the real estate market in Colorado these days, it’s no wonder that interest in these homes has been strong.  The lack of inventory along the Front Range has forced buyers to search high and low for homes that will suit their needs. These rare quick move-in homes are an oasis in the desert for buyers looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle in Boulder County.

Pat and Linda Connelly recently moved to Calmante. Their former home, built in 1925, needed constant attention.

“There were things that always needed to be done to it,” Linda said. The electrical wiring had to be updated. Pipes rerun. Flooring, fixtures, you name it. While they loved the house, they also put a lot of work into it.

When they began their search in Colorado, they initially expected to find something similar. “We didn’t start off looking for a new home,” Linda explained. But the reality of laborious upkeep set in. The Connelly’s decided they’d rather spend their retirement years engaged in fun activities instead of never-ending maintenance. So they adjusted their search and began looking at new homes in Boulder County.

One day they were out viewing homes in the area when they zeroed in on exactly what they were looking for. Their realtor suggested they check out a Boulder Creek neighborhood, commenting that one of the builder’s townhomes sounded like a perfect fit.

“Almost immediately, I said, ‘Oh, I like this!’” Linda recalls. “We were impressed in the quality and floor plan,” Pat summarized.

Linda’s description of the low-maintenance lifestyle put it best. “I left my snow blower behind,” she joked. The majority of the outdoor maintenance is taken care of on their behalf.

Plus, the community is a nice mix of people at all stages of life. After attending a recent neighborhood open house, they were once again assured that they made the right call. “These are people we want to go out with,” Pat said of their new neighbors.
