Then make plans to visit the sales office in the Grant model home at 13700 Raritan Drive in Broomfield. The sales office is open Monday, noon to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. Starting Nov. 6, the sales office will close daily at 5 p.m.
