As of March 31, the average sales price of a single family home in Boulder County is $ 606,728. That’s nearly a 10 increase compared to Q1 of 2015. Additionally, the average median sales price of a single family home in Boulder County has also realized a similar increase and sits at $ 495,000. An indicator of the strength in the current Boulder County single family market is that sellers are receiving a 99.6 sale price t0 list price ratio. Meaning, if a property is for sale at $ 1,000,000, the actual purchase price is $ 960,000. That’s a great ratio for your sellers.
