Windsor— DIY and home improvement sales are projected to show strong growth in 2016 especially in categories like garden and building materials. The Leading Indicator of Remodeling Activity (LIRA) projects annual spending growth for home improvements will accelerate from 2.4 percent last quarter to 6.8 percent in the second quarter of 2016. For those eager to get a head start on home and garden projects, make plans to visit more than 120 exhibits at the 21st Annual NOCO HBA Home and Remodeling Show. As always, the show will highlight a diverse group of remodelers, landscapers, home improvement companies and even financial planning and cooking shows. A local Marketplace will feature local, small business entrepreneurs, crafters, artisans and more.
