Cher Smith, ERA Tradewind
LONGMONT – Cher Smith of ERA Tradewind Real Estate was recently elected by the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) Board of Directors to the position of Chair Elect for the Northeast District. She will hold this position for the year 2021 and become Chair of the Northeast District for the year 2022. This position serves the Realtor members for Boulder, Longmont, Berthoud/Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley.
Cher is a past Chair for Longmont Association of Realtors and is a current member of the Colorado Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
She has been an active member of the Realtor community for over 22 years and is a certified instructor for the pre-licensing class with Kaplan Real Estate school.
She and her husband have called Longmont their home since 1985.
