Marta Loachamin, ERA Tradewind Real Estate

LONGMONT – ERA Tradewind Real Estate would like to welcome back Marta Loachamin to its team of professionals. Marta has been in Real Estate since 2006. She is an experienced HUD Listor and has been in Housing Advocacy work since 1999. She also was a mortgage lender for eight years specializing in residential and new construction financing. Marta is accredited with a GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) certification, is a CPDE (Certified Distressed Property Expert®) and is a member of the NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). Marta earned an undergraduate degree from CU Boulder in ethnic studies and completed a masters in secondary education in 2010.

Marta loves to run outdoors, enjoys volunteering in the community and relishes time with her college-age kids. She is a proud director on the Longmont United Centura Health Board and supports the Community Engagement Committee. She served on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Board as President in 2017.
