LONGMONT – The Noel and Martinez Team at RE/MAX Alliance is offering free home buyer and seller seminars on Wednesday, April 6 and Wednesday, May 4, 2022. The Home Buyer Seminar will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. and the Home Seller Seminar from 7 to 8 p.m. at Longmont Economic Development Partnership, 1925 Pike Road, Ste. 202 in Longmont.
The seminars will help navigate the complexities of buying and selling a home in 2022. In addition, topics include renting vs. buying, should you sell or buy first, new homes vs. used homes, financing options and implications and more.
For those who attend and work with their team, The Noel & Martinez Team will offer a $1000 credit towards closing costs.
