LONGMONT – Interfaith Quilters of Longmont is hosting its Annual Quilt Show and Sale next weekend at First Lutheran Church located at 803 Third Ave. in Longmont.

The Quilt Sale will be held Saturday, March 4 from 4 to 8 p.m. (admission is $5) and Saturday, March 5 from 9 a.m. to 3p.m. (admission is $1). A large variety of quilts of various types and styles will be on display and available for purchase. Proceeds from these hand- and machine-made quilts will benefit the O.U.R. (Outreach United Resource) Center and the Safe Shelter of the Saint Vrain Valley. For more information on the sale, visit interfaithquilters.com.

Interfaith Quilters of Longmont is a group of volunteers who come together to produce quilts for sale to support local charities, to share the art and skill of all types of quilting, and to provide an opportunity for quilters of any ability to learn and practice new techniques. The organization gathers Mondays at the First Lutheran Church on the corner of Third Avenue and Terry Street in Longmont. New members are always welcome.
