RE/MAX of Boulder is celebrating the “best of the best” real estate team for a decade of excellence at their company: the Patrick Dolan Team.
For 25 years, the professionals at the Patrick Dolan Team have been the No. 1 team at RE/MAX of Boulder – overcoming the ups and downs of the real estate market in times both good and challenging. Led by Boulder native Patrick Dolan, the team is made up of sales partners Kelly Atteridg, Karolyn Merrill, and Bryce Dolan; office manager Jamie Young; and marketing director Adison Young.

A Boulder native, Patrick Dolan has been working in real estate since 1984. He has been the highest performing agent at RE/MAX of Boulder since 1991 and has been honored as a member of the Chairman’s Club, one of the highest single year honors that RE/MAX bestows upon their real estate agents.

Patrick Dolan’s son, Bryce, has been with the team for five years and office manager, Jamie, helps manage all their transactions and keep them on track. “With great support, we can continue doing what we love
