Rich Bland
BOULDER – RE/MAX of Boulder is please to welcome Rich Bland to it Boulder team of Realtors.
Rich was born in Boulder Community Hospital and raised in the foothills up Boulder Canyon. He graduated from Boulder High School in 1991, then headed to Santa Barbara to study music and photography.
After college, he took music and photography around the world, working guest entertainment jobs in Micronesia, then island-hopping through Indonesia, Thailand and Japan. Adapting to bartering systems in developing countries and living off little helped him to sharpen his negotiation skills, taught him human compassion, and greatly broadened and fine-tuned his communication skills.
After a couple years, he returned to the U.S. and moved back to Boulder where a local singer and friend helped him get a job in property management. He loved his job for 16 years before finding his true passion: selling homes in the Boulder County area. With solid marketing and organizational skills, along with a large, trusted network – and help from his wife, who is an artist, home stager and painter – he has found a perfect formula for bringing top value to clients and their home sales.
Rich currently lives in Boulder with his wife and dog, and enjoys backcountry skiing, hiking, photography, traveling and writing music during his off hours.
His designations include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
