Matt is thrilled to be part of RE/MAX of Boulder as a Broker Associate under the mentorship of Realtor Shelley Chittivej.
With an exceptional sales and client service background, transitioning to real estate has been a natural progression for Matt. His meticulous attention to detail, genuine interest in helping others, and drive to go above and beyond made him successful in restaurant management before launching his real estate career. While at the helm of Pica’s Mexican Taqueria in Boulder, regulars and new customers alike were drawn to Matt’s approachability, enthusiasm, and tireless energy. He also has a remarkable ability to make connections with clients from diverse backgrounds – and is adept at understanding and answering their unique needs. Under 8 years of his management, the thriving restaurant grew to include a new location.
Matt has been a member of the Boulder community for a decade. In that time, he has developed substantial knowledge about the Boulder County and Colorado real estate markets. Moreover, with personal interests in garden landscaping, interior design, architecture – and a degree in fine art – Matt has a keen eye for the fine points of design and structural details in homes and can offer his clients insightful guidance.
Matt grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and lived in Minnesota before he made his home in Colorado. He loves living in Boulder with his tabby cat, Malcom. As a foodie, he enjoys trying out new restaurants and also relishes riding his bike on the extensive paths throughout the city. He looks forward to spending free time with friends, going to art shows, and tending to his garden.
