BOULDER COUNTY – Do you have an available house or condo for rent that you would like to share with families who have been impacted by the Marshall Fire? Are you in need of short-term or long-term housing?
The Boulder Area Rental Housing Association and Boulder-Longmont Realtor® Association (BOLO Realtors®) have created a centralized portal, MarshallFireHousing.com, to help those impacted by the fire to help find short and long-term rental housing. The goal is for the list to be the one-stop resource for impacted residents, recovery managers and the Boulder Office of Emergency Management. It will help make their search and the jobs of recovery managers a little easier.
List your short-term or long-term rental
To list your short-term or long-term rental, visit: https://forms.gle/eaBe4RoPmbV4Zjog6.
If you are an apartment or property manager and have multiple units to list, email Jennifer Crowell at [email protected] in lieu of filling out the form.
Please note this is not a listing of temporary, shared or free housing. Rentals submitted should be a minimum of a three-month lease. Property owners will be solely responsible for qualifying and interviewing prospective tenants.
