Roz White

Roz prides herself on creating a fantastic experience for her clients and is enthusiastic about walking her clients through every step. Prior to real estate, Roz spent years managing customer service teams in the tech industry. Carrying this experience into her real estate career, she is incredibly detail-oriented and well-practiced in patience, remaining solution-focused and explaining unfamiliar concepts to people in a way that is comfortable and accessible. Roz also enjoys staying abreast of the latest real estate technology trends to better serve her clients, as well as helping clients relocate to Colorado to work in our ever-growing tech companies.
As a USAF Veteran, Roz is familiar with the VA loan process and the in’s and out’s of relocating for military personnel.
Roz is passionate about sustainable renovation, functional design and working with clients on their long term investment goals. She is active and involved in several nonprofits throughout Colorado, including her son’s school Community Montessori in South Boulder, The Children’s Hospital, Realm of Caring and Growing Gardens, to name a few. A long time Colorado resident, with knowledge up and down the front range, she resides in the Longmont with her husband Ryan and son Zachary. When Roz isn’t helping clients, you can find her practicing yoga, “mom-ing” or hiking.
