LONGMONT – WK Real Estate has announced the addition of their newest broker associate, William Schell, to their Longmont office.
Whether it’s understanding the complicated nuances of water rights or showing a buyer their dream home, William capably guides his clients through their real estate journey. He was born and raised on a sugar beet and silage corn farm in Platteville, Colorado. Since then, he has appreciated every aspect of land use, from crop production and water rights to special taxing districts and oil and gas production. He also specializes in assisting clients with 1031 exchanges, easements, farm and land, and oil and gas surface use agreements.
When he is not supporting his real estate clients, he is assisting people with their taxes as a certified CPA working within his father’s practice. William also enjoys spending time on the family farms in Berthoud and Mead, mountain biking and going to the gym. As a triplet, he admires the time he spends with his two sisters and his dad, whether that is driving John Deere 4020s, viewing silage corn harvest or working all together at the CPA office.
