BOULDER COUNTY – Home builders across the North Denver Metro area are getting ready to open their doors this weekend to proudly show off some of the most beautiful homes our area has to offer for the 2016 Flatirons Tour of Homes. The free annual event is a “scattered-site” home tour that showcases the designs and construction of some of the top home builders and remodelers building in Boulder County and nearby communities.
Presented by the Flatirons Building Council of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the self-guided tour takes place over the next two weekends, May 7-8 and May 14-15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Homes in Boulder, Broomfield, Erie, Longmont, Louisville and Lyons are on display, with prices from the low $300s to $1 Mil+ and features designed for all lifestyles.
The homes are nothing short of spectacular, with innovative architecture and interior design, exciting floor plans, cutting-edge building materials, high-end finishes and unbelievable craftsmanship.
The homes will also be judged by a panel of home building peer professionals, including architects, builders and home marketers. Categories include the Best Urban Living, Family Living, 50+ Living, Best Green Home, Best Master Suite, Best Kitchen, Best Interior and Best Exterior.
