LONGMONT – ERA Tradewind would like to recognize Marta Loachamin for her role on the 2016 Board of Directors of the Denver area National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

NAHREP is a purpose-driven organization that is propelled by a passionate combination of entrepreneurial spirit, cultural heritage and the advocacy of its members. The mission is to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership by:

– Educating and empowering the real estate professionals who serve Hispanic home buyers and sellers;

– Advocating for public policy that supports the trade association’s mission; and facilitating relationships among industry stakeholders, real estate practitioners and other housing industry professionals.

Marta’s son, a previous Skyline High School student, recently received the NAHREP Family Scholarship Award announced nationally on July 21. Only family members of NAHREP members are eligible for this annual scholarship award.
