Marta Loachamin, ERA Tradewind Real Estate
LONGMONT – ERA Tradewind Real Estate would like to welcome Marta Loachamin to its team of professionals. Marta has been in real estate since 2006, worked for builders and is an experienced HUD Listor as well as a first time buyer advocate. She also was a mortgage lender from 1999 to 2007 in residential and new construction financing. Marta has her GRI and is NAHREP Certified. She earned her degree from CU Boulder and undergrad in Ethnic Studies at the University of Phoenix and earned a Masters degree in Secondary Education.
Marta loves to run and is a part-time educator in the St Vrain School District. She is a NAHREP Denver Director and a volunteer with Boulder County Homebuyer courses in Spanish.
