LONGMONT – Steven Noel of The Noel Team at RE/MAX Alliance in Boulder County received The 2015 Diamond Award, RE/MAX’S highest annual honor. In 2015 only 218 real-estate agents received The Diamond Award in the United States out of 100,000 RE/MAX agents. Steven has earned numerous other awards as well, including another for the very highest achievers – The Circle of Legends, a top producer award for RE/MAX agents who have been in real estate for at least 20 years, and The Chairman’s Club Award, which he has received each year of the past 15 years.

Steven credits his success to his strong work ethic and excellent communication skills and to the Noel Team – his staff members who back him up. “I have 39 years as a licensed real estate broker and have sold over 4,100 homes, amounting to over $1 billion in sales. I currently rank in the top 10 in home sales for Colorado.”

More than half of Steven’s business is repeat and referral. “Whether they are buyers or sellers, we offer the same quality of service and superior communication to all our clients, ranging from starter homes to multi-million dollar estates, commercial and income properties, relocations and foreclosures. Our goal is to provide the best representation possible.” He was delighted that one of his recent customers is the great-grandson of one of his very first clients.

Steven is known for his extensive background and knowledge base in real estate, including expertise in financing. “This has enabled me to provide outstanding, quality advice and service not found with many agents today.” In fact, the same year he first obtained his real estate license, he graduated from UCLA with a degree in communication and finance, two subjects that have served him well through decades of counseling clients.

“From a client’s standpoint, my business ethic is treating my customers as I would want my parents to be treated. I keep them abreast of every aspect of the transactions so they can make educated decisions for their life circumstances. My commitment to communication creates a positive relationship between my client and myself that results in a successful property sale or purchase.”

He adds, “Over the years I’ve discovered that there is a difference in the way individual Realtors do business. For me, honesty and personal integrity are the foundations upon which a successful business and career are built and sustained. My passion for real estate, commitment to my clients, and personal integrity have helped me to achieve success.”
