LOVELAND – RE/MAX Alliance broker associate Sarah Warnock was recently elected as chair of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors.

“Since its chartering in 1949, my great-grandfather, grandfather, father and two of my uncles have also served as chairs for the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors,” said Warnock, a fourth-generation Realtor who has been in the business for fourteen years. “Now it is my turn to step up to the plate and serve.”

Warnock’s great-grandfather and grandfather, who in fact sat on the founding Board for the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors, were able to get the newly founded Board chartered by the National Association of Realtors in May of 1949. Today, the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors is very involved in the community, often working closely with the local city government and state politicians to defend property rights in many different ways. Currently, the association is working on affordable housing issues and construction defect regulations. The Board and many of its members volunteer a lot of time and effort to a number of local outreach programs, charities, and other various community opportunities.

Warnock has a deep-seated respect for the position, especially following several members of her family and the many great agents that have served in years past.

“The Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors is very strong and plays an important role in our community,” said Warnock, who in the past has been elected to and served as secretary, second vice-president, and director several times for the Association. “I am looking forward to serving as chair, continuing this great tradition of excellence that started 67 years ago and continues today.”

Sarah Warnock has been a Realtor for 14 years and has earned the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, the Certified Residential Military Specialist designation, and is an e-PRO®. In 2013, Sarah earned the Executive Club Award from RE/MAX and in 2014 and 2015 the 100 Percent Club Award. Sarah is active in the local community.
