BERTHOUD – Safeguard Builders LLC, a family owned, general contractor that specializing in craftsmanship and affordable luxury homes in Wyoming, sold its first property in Colorado in May.
The home is Safeguard’s Cottage Model located at Westview in the new Prairie Star development in Berthoud. At Westview, SafeGuard Builders is offering unique ranch-style, single-family homes with an optional carriage house over the detached garage. The Carriage House is a semi-custom 660 square foot, one bed/one bath unit. It features a full-sized kitchen with lots of storage space, its own furnace, water heater and washer/dryer.
As a show of appreciation, Safeguard Builders included the carriage unit, a $151,000 upgrade, at no additional cost to Safeguard’s first home buyer in Colorado, Carolyn Mountain.
