Boulder County real estate market report
The real estate market continues its wild ride compared to a year ago. The average price of single family homes throughout Boulder County was up compared to May 2020, but down in all but Lafayette and Louisville compared to April 2021.
Market stats for townhomes/condos in Boulder County
Interestingly enough the average price of a townhouse and condo fell dramatically in both Boulder County and in Boulder from March 2020 to March 2021.
