Three move-in-ready homes from Coast to Coast Residential Construction and one from Revielle Custom Carpentry are open this Sunday. Two additional homes from Markel Homes Construction Company are scheduled for completion this spring and early summer. The fourth builder, Hendricks Fine Homes, has built two properties at Kalmia38; both have sold.
