BOULDER – RE/MAX of Boulder was named No. 1 single RE/MAX office in the U.S. for 2016 sales volume, marking the eighth time the company earned the No. 1 ranking.
The award was presented at the recent annual international RE/MAX convention held in Las Vegas, NV, attended by more than 6,000 agents and brokers from 60 countries.

Last year proved especially challenging for those seeking to buy a home in Boulder County, with 2016 characterized as having “fierce buying competition,” particularly in the first half, according to the 2017 Boulder Valley Real Estate Report published by RE/MAX of Boulder. The fierceness was driven by one simple reason: demand far exceeded supply of available homes, townhomes and condominiums for sale in Boulder Valley.
But since its founding in 1977, RE/MAX of Boulder has helped families move through transitions in their lives and find and purchase a home, or sell a home, in varying market conditions. Despite the challenges of strong competition, last year was no different.
